The purpose of this role is to design, implement, and continuously enhance global capability development frameworks that strengthen organizational skills, learning culture, and talent readiness across GBS. This role is accountable for managing the GBS Academy, overseeing learning governance and reporting, administering the Learning Management System (LMS), and driving structured capability-building initiatives such as skill matrix, succession planning support, global onboarding programs, and strategic alignment initiatives. The Capability Development Specialist partners with functional leaders, internal instructors, and global stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business strategy, performance expectations, and long-term talent development priorities. The geographic scope of this position is global. experience in Learning & Development, Capability Development, HR Development, or Organizational Development.</li> <li style="text-align:justify;margin:0.75pt 0.0cm 0.75pt
