Responsible for providing a broad range of quality and technical services or professionals to ensure compliance with McCormick policies and procedures. Formulates and administers guidance on key issues. Assures the uniform alignment and execution of guidance across areas of influence including but not limited to Supplier Quality, Quality and Food Safety for External Co-manufacturing and Warehousing. Supplier QA/Coman QA experience is strongly preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:darkslategray">GFSI scheme (i.e. SQF, BRC) management experience required.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:darkslategray">Trade association engagement encouraged. Must represent McCormick well with suppliers and customers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt;color:darkslategray">Team leadership experience required. Project Management/ Change Management experience preferred. Base Salary: $140,610-253,080 Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.
