To strengthen our <strong>Corn Portfolio Management Team</strong> in <strong>Einbeck</strong>, we are looking for a <strong>Product &amp; Data Manager – Corn (m/f/d) </strong>to join us on a <strong>full-time</strong>, <strong>permanent basis</strong>. <br>In this role, you will manage and analyze field trial data, ensuring high data quality and turning results into valuable insights for product and portfolio decisions. <br> <br>If you have a structured, detail-oriented mindset and enjoy working with data in an agricultural environment, we look forward to meeting you. <br> <br><strong>What you can look forward: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage and analyze trial data, including collecting, cleaning, organizing, and analyzing data from different sources</li> <li> Ensure consistent data quality across locations and trials</li> <li>Plan and coordinate field trials, including trial design, field book preparation, and monitoring key agronomic and quality parameters.</li> <li>Evaluate and manage the corn product portfolio under registration, including parental components, checking their suitability for production, and maintaining an up-to-date portfolioPrepare and support portfolio meetings across KWS sales regions, including consolidating sales forecasts, and transforming market research into clear, useful insights </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Bring in your strengths:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Economics, Data Science or a related field </li> <li>Experience in field data collection, field trial management, or a practical farming background</li> <li>Strong data management and analytical skills, with the ability to organize, validate, and interpret large datasets with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>Sound understanding of basic statistical methods and the ability to critically evaluate trial results</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools, e.g. Power BI</li> <li>A structured, detail-oriented working style with strong teamwork skills and the ability to build effective relationships across functions</li> <li>Fluent in English is essential; any additional languages are welcome</li> <li>Valid driving license and willingness to travel for field trial activities<br> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Start your future with us!
