As a Customer Engagement Trainee, you will learn the foundational skills and processes that support our evolving customer service model. This temp to hire trainee role is designed to prepare you for future consideration as a Customer Engagement Representative by providing hands-on exposure to best‑in‑class customer interactions, internal collaboration, and problem-solving techniques.
