<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>WHAT YOU WILL DO</b></H2> </div><div><p><strong>Role overview:</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>The Rewards & Operations Head is responsible for the overall strategy and management of rewards programs, initiatives, and compensation & benefits operations of PVM entities in scope.</p> <p>This includes the planning, coordinating, and evaluating various employee services, policies and programs for HR operational efficiency of Philippines and Export Far East markets while balancing strategy, tactics, and operational ability.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Oversee administration of employee data, payroll, compensation and benefits program, onboarding to offboarding, facilities and vendor management. The position ensures processes are compliant with local legislative/mandatory regulations, and company policies procedures. Familiar with mobility and expatriation assignments and related C&B.</li> <li>Supports the development of a results-driven oriented team and promotes initiative and team spirit as aligned with the company organizational culture and strategies.</li> <li>Leads the development of Total Rewards programs, practices and policies; including the annual pay for performance cycle and regular job evaluations</li> <li>Leads the coordination of compensation and benefits / pension program management for legislative changes and communication.
