This role is perfect if you are curious, motivated, and excited to grow fast in the world of cloud-based human resources technology.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Support SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects by contributing to assigned tasks and project deliverables </li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and assist in defining solutions </li> <li>Configure and customise SAP SuccessFactors under guidance to meet client needs </li> <li>Participate in customer workshops, take notes, and support documentation of solutions </li> <li>Assist in resolving standard support tickets and troubleshooting issues using internal tools </li> <li>Contribute to end-user training materials and documentation, and support training sessions </li> <li>Work closely with consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Experience and Skills</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li>Experience or exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, HRIS systems, or integrations (including internships or super user experience) </li> <li>Basic understanding of system configuration, business processes, or HR systems </li> <li>Interest in technology and willingness to learn technical aspects such as XML, business rules, and system configuration </li> <li>Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment </li> <li>Structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving </li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, systems management, business administration, analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) </li> <li>Fluent in English and Latvian for day-to-day communication with clients </li> <li>Understanding of HR processes (e.g. employee lifecycle, payroll processes, time management or performance management) is considered an advantage </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>Do not hesitate to apply if you can tick some of the boxes, but not all of them.
