This leader takes full ownership of the regional IT agenda and programs, partnering closely with the business to drive digital transformation, modernize core systems, and build data-enabled commercial capabilities. CEEI is a diverse and fragmented region: markets sit at different stages of maturity, teams are lean, and operating models range from traditional to non-traditional and hybrid. The role calls for a hands-on, commercially astute leader who thrives amid ambiguity, brings standardization where it is valuable in high phase environment, and tailors solutions to local realities while staying visible and close to the markets.
