Standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 1st shift 6am – 3pm, 2nd shift 2pm – 11pm, 3rd shift 10pm – 6am (dependent on department). Shift times are subject to change. Overtime may be required (Saturdays) with regular Sunday overtime for Sanitation department. The Sanitation position is 3rd shift, 10pm-6am and regular scheduled overtime is required on Sundays (4 hours). Job Description Summary Under the direction of the Supervisor and/or Lead Sanitation, Sanitation is responsible for the proper cleaning and sanitizing of plant equipment and production areas. This role is critical and will be held accountable for meeting Federal, State, Military and Company Sanitation Standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities <ul> <li>General Duties <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Consistently follows all standard operating procedures, disassemble, clean, sanitize and properly reassemble all items of the manufacturing equipment used for production.</li> <li>Clean and sanitize all designated production areas. </li> <li>Accurately complete daily sanitation checklists and documents for all assigned work areas.</li> <li>Responsible for successfully meeting established KPI’s. </li> <li>Properly utilize all cleaning and sanitizing equipment and chemicals, reporting any equipment malfunctions. </li> <li>Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities.
