<img src="https://dmscdn.successfactors.com/27c0a91770d9ecac9ed08a9f63f401a6121aa728d77960676d754d492bcae147/static_content/8761288a654040abb2af/jobad1.png" alt="" width="748" height="128"> <h3 align="left">KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: </h3> <ul> <li>Specification writing, Hardware schedule preparation, technical assistance, and Project budget pricing.</li> <li>Assists Architect's in drawing up specifications on doors and hardware for new building projects in both 2D and 3D BIM Environment (Revit).</li> <li>Communicate with Consultant, Interior Designer, Architect & understand their requirement from the concept / design stage of the project, understands their requirement on BIM and gives them the full support with the collaboration of Openings studio.</li> <li>Prepares door hardware specifications based on interpretations of architects building & design plans.</li> <li>Takes ownership of technical issues and provides a comprehensive support to the internal consultants.</li> <li>Works on Project Floor Plans for Door Scheduling, Hardware Scheduling, Technical catalogue sheet for the items proposed.</li> <li>Works on Industry Standard Ironmongery requirements.</li> <li>Prepares accurate and timely reports.</li> <li>Composes detailed master key schedule for any project, including high security restricted profiles and access control.</li> <li>Develops BIM Content for Doors and other components from design details Evolving with the development of the Strategy.</li> </ul> <h3 align="left">QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: </h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li>2-3 Years experience in Doors Hardware (BS EN & ANSI Standards), with preference for candidates experienced in Doors.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to read architectural plans and specifications</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD, BIM, or specification software is a plus</li> <li>Eagerness to learn and grow within a global, collaborative environment</li> </ul> We are the ASSA ABLOY Group Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
