Always ready, always on! About The Role We are looking for a commercially minded Legal Counsel, UK & EMEA to provide strategic legal and compliance support across the UK and EMEA regions. This role will support legal and compliance activity across Zetron & the Codan Group. You will provide timely, pragmatic legal advice, support contract activity, help manage risk, and contribute to strong governance and compliance across the business. This is a varied role suited to someone who can translate complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance, while building trusted relationships with stakeholders across legal, finance, HR, IT, cyber, commercial and operational teams. You will be pragmatic, solutions-focused and comfortable balancing legal risk with commercial outcomes.
