External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.</p> <p><strong>Projects and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Support the implementation and maintenance of digital document control systems and related software applications.</li> <li>Assist with updating quality and manufacturing documentation to company standards, including document review, formatting, and uploading to electronic repositories.</li> <li>Support digitalization initiatives by helping transition shop floor processes from paper-based to electronic systems.</li> <li>Assist with the setup and deployment of workstation hardware and software throughout the manufacturing facility.</li> <li>Provide support for quality and production-related software applications used on the shop floor.</li> <li>Assist in training operators and end users on digital tools and applications.</li> <li>Troubleshoot software and system issues and escalate concerns as needed.</li> <li>Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on quality, efficiency, and process standardization.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality management system objectives and manufacturing operations.</li> <li>Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="list-style-type:unset" type="disc"> <li>Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li>Maintained a 2.5 GPA or higher</li> <li>Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and digital tools.</li> <li>Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.</li> <li>Interested in gaining hands-on experience within a manufacturing quality environment.</li> <li>Comfortable working directly with production teams and cross-functional departments.</li> <li>Eager to contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.</li> </ul></div></div></div><p><span style="font-size:16.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
