</div><div><p>Strategic Leadership in Data & Analytics:</p> <ul> <li>Define and drive the overall data and analytics strategy aligned with the organization’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.</li> <li>Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide data initiatives, ensuring integration across BI, analytics, and data infrastructure functions.</li> <li>Champion a data-driven culture by promoting the use of analytics in decision-making across business units.</li> </ul> <p>Oversight of BI, Analytics, and Data Infrastructure:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the design, development, and delivery of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights.</li> <li>Guide the development of advanced analytics models and ensure their alignment with business needs.</li> <li>Ensure robust architecture and governance of data warehouses and data lakes to support scalable and secure data operations.</li> </ul> <p>Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:</p> <ul> <li>Act as the primary liaison between the data & analytics function and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business priorities.</li> <li>Translate complex data concepts into business-friendly language to support executive decision-making.</li> </ul> <p>Innovation and Technology Enablement:</p> <ul> <li>Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities across the organization.</li> <li>Foster innovation by encouraging experimentation with new data methodologies, tools, and platforms.</li> </ul> <p>Data Governance and Quality Assurance:</p> <ul> <li>Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.</li> them.</li> <li>Develop, coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seeking automations opportunities as much as possible.</li> <li>Should be conversant and able to navigate
