requirement are met in a timely manner and quality standards as per company policies and procedures to achieve the plan and targets in Project Sales Department.</p> </div></div><div </div><div><p>Client Engagement and Relationship Building:</p> <ul> <li> Ensure to provide answers and solutions to all needed requirements and queries of key customers to maintain the good business relationship and customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Actively reach out to potential clients and promote the company’s new product. </li> <li>Provide some product suggestions and alternatives to customers if they are in doubt during product selection.</li> </ul> <p>Data Management and Reporting:</p> <ul> <li>Upload relevant data on C4C (Customer Relationship Management system).</li> <li>Submit samples and any necessary documents to clients and follow for approval.</li> </ul> <p>Management reporting:</p> <ul> <li>Suggest some new ideas and strategies to increase the sales.</li> <li>Be updated of competitor’s move in the market and informed the Project Sales department (new products, product prices and promotions)</li> <li> Provide progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis.</li> </ul> <p> Sales Support and Coordination:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and submit quotations to clients, then diligently follow up until approved.</li> <li>Attend team meetings to be informed and aligned.</li> <li>
