From vegan food to resource-efficient buildings to solar cells, we develop sustainable solutions that change the future.</span></span></div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">To strengthen our team in <b><b><b><b><b><b><b><b>Zhangjiagang</b></b></b></b></b></b></b></b> , we are looking for you as a(n) <b><b><b><b><b><b><b><b>Buyer</b></b></b></b></b></b></b></b>.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align:center"> </div> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies and procedures, including the four-eyes principle, internal controls, and company procurement guidelines.<br>- Manage end-to-end operational procurement processes, including PR-to-PO execution, purchase order management, order follow-up, delivery tracking, and issue resolution to ensure smooth operations.<br>- Execute non-critical purchasing and spot-buy activities through approved sourcing channels in a timely and accurate manner.</p> <p>- Maintain accurate data and procurement documentation across multiple systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, e-Catalog), ensuring data integrity and proper record management.<br>- Manage contract creation, administration, and documentation for non-critical purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br>- Manage supplier interactions, including communication, complaint handling, and follow-up on quality issues (e.g., 8D/4D) to support supplier performance improvement.</p> <p>- Collaborate with strategic buyers and internal stakeholders to support sourcing strategy execution and ensure operational alignment.<br>- Identify and drive continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and procurement processes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications Required </p> <p>- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in business-related field;<br>- At least 3 years of working experience, candidates with procurement-related experience are preferred.<br>- Good communication skills with strong ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions;</p> <p>- High level of integrity, proactive attitude, and strong team spirit;<br>- Good time management and execution skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle tasks under pressure.<br>- Basic proficiency in both written and spoken English;</p><div> </div> <div><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">As an international company, we welcome the diversity of people.
