This high-impact role combines operational leadership, cost optimization, transportation strategy, and logistics transformation, with a clear path toward broader global responsibility.</p> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <p><strong>Your Responsibilities</strong></p> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Own relationships with 3PL and warehousing partners, ensuring strong SLA performance, service levels, and continuous improvement</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Manage warehousing, transportation, inventory, and fulfillment operations across EMEA, including support for our manufacturing site in Ireland</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Develop and execute freight and distribution strategies across air, sea, road, rail, and parcel networks</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Lead carrier negotiations, freight tenders, and logistics cost optimization initiatives</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Drive inventory accuracy, operational excellence, and logistics performance through data-driven KPIs and governance</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Act as the regional escalation point for logistics, transportation, inventory, and customer service issues</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Collaborate with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure efficient end-to-end operations and support business growth</li> </ul> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations, preferably within consumer goods, retail, eCommerce, or an omnichannel environment</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Experience leading warehouse operations and people across multiple countries or locations, including both directly operated and outsourced facilities</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing logistics budgets, validating 3PL and freight invoices, evaluating cost-to-serve, and identifying savings opportunities</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Demonstrated ability to establish operational KPIs and convert performance data into clear priorities, root-cause analysis, and measurable improvement plans</li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul type="disc"> <li>Fluent English and excellent stakeholder management skills</li> </ul> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p> </div> <div> <p> </p> </div> <div> <p>As part of Sonova Consumer Hearing, we’re committed to building an inclusive culture.
