Communication of the results to the management of the company (incl. Supervisory Board) and KBC AM shareholders.</li> <li>Preparation of presentations/inputs for the management of the company (Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, AM EXCO meetings).</li> <li>Support of month-end and year-end close process (estimates, controlling etc.) – communication with Accounting department.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Planning process (APC process):</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Coordination of planning process, participation in negotiation meetings with distribution channels, preparation of revenue and cost plans, cross-border co-operation within the broader KBC AM Finance One Team organization.</li> <li>Preparation and maintenance of planning models and preparation of new management reports (local and AM group reports).</li> </ul> <p><strong> Controlling:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Cooperation on business cases and projects (based on ad hoc requests).</li> <li>Monitoring of products’ profitability within KBC/ČSOB group.</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Cooperation with colleagues within KBC AM group (Belgium, Ireland, Hungary, Bulgaria):</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li>Regular (Teams) meetings and direct cooperation with the KBC AM group CFO.</li> <li>Possibility to participate in international projects within KBC AM Group (e.g. Investor relationship report;
