Essential Duties and Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions</li> <li>Supervise catering to ensure all systems and tools are being used correctly</li> <li>Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels</li> <li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event</li> <li>Assist the Premium Department with administrative work including monthly inventory</li> <li>Ensure compliance with alcohol service standards</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness of service areas and catering storage in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements</li> <li>Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures</li> <li>Adapt to shifting event locations across property</li> <li>Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)</li> <li>Perform any other duties as assigned</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds</li> <li>Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere</li> <li>Work both independently and with a team</li> <li>Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled</li> <li>Experience in catering or a high-volume environment preferred</li> </ul></div></div></div>Apply to Levy today!
