Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provides nutrition education & training support for the campus community including tabling, lunch & learn sessions, one-on-one counseling, etc.</li> <li>Implements Chartwells Higher Education wellness programming</li> <li>Coordinates with the dining management team and culinary associates to meet dietary needs for all customers</li> <li>Provides nutrition related training including food allergen training to all associates</li> <li>Assists the management team with menu development and nutrient analysis</li> <li>Collaborates with marketing to ensure appropriate nutrition communication & messaging</li> <li>Leads Dining Services Sustainability efforts – partnering with operations and campus stakeholders to track, improve, and communicate sustainability efforts in all dining spaces</li> <li>Operational execution and oversight – hands-on work in dining spaces to serve guests, train associates, audit systems, collaborate with unit leadership, and ensure excellence in operations and culinary services</li> <li>Partner with various campus offices, departments, and organizations to ensure alignment with university goals and needs</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or RD Eligible</li> <li>Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable</li> <li>Ability to present information in one-on-one as well group format</li> <li>Experience working with special diets and food allergies</li> <li>ServSafe® Manager Certification a plus</li> <li>Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft applications and nutrient analysis programs</li> </ul> What We’re Looking For: • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible • Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable Why You’ll Love Working Here: • You’ll be part of an environment where your ideas are welcomed, and your growth is encouraged • You’ll have access to ongoing education, resources, development, and advancement opportunities to support your career path • You’ll have the autonomy to apply your clinical judgment while still having guidance when you need it </div></div></div>Apply to Chartwells Higher Education today!
