<div class="rmk-main-content"> <p class="rmk-introduction"></p> <h2 class="rmk-responsibilites-header">Responsibilities</h2> <div class="rmk-resposibilities-content"><p>As a Repair Engineer you will be responsible to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various Liebherr and third-party equipment used on our container handling cranes. Also working with internal departments to program and test spare parts prior to dispatch. Cooperation with internal departments, suppliers, other Liebherr factories within the division and group, and mixed sales companies is essential. </p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p> <ul> <li>Assess and diagnose malfunctioning equipment.</li> <li>Complete repairs in house and coordinate with external partners & suppliers where necessary.</li> <li>Communicate with customers and suppliers. </li> <li>Develop and manage knowledge and documentation for service manuals.</li> <li>Coordinate with the parts department and warehouse to test / calibrate relevant spare parts prior to shipment.</li> <li>Develop and maintain close working relationships, locally within the company and globally within the Maritime division and Liebherr group of companies.</li> <li>Cooperate internally and coordinate with external departments for purpose of continuous improvement and development.</li> <li>Stay up to date on latest industry trends, latest equipment, and repair techniques through continuous learning and training.</li> <li>Grow and develop the repair business to benefit customers.</li> <li>Develop reports and KPI from available data. </li> <li>Maintain a customer focused approach.</li> <li>Ensure quality, environmental and Health & Safety standards are always maintained.</li> <li>Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Quality Management.</li> <li>Occasional travel for short periods locally and internationally for learning and development.</li> </ul></div> <h2 class="rmk-qualification-header">Qualifications Requirements and Experience</h2> <div class="rmk-qualification-content"><p><strong>Minimum</strong><br>• A third level qualification or apprenticeship in an electrical discipline, or mechatronics. <br>• Proven experience as a repair engineer. </p> <p><strong>Preferred </strong><br>• Experience working in an office environment. </p> <p><strong>Competencies </strong><br>• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. <br>• Have a
