You’ll restock glassware, ice, garnishes and supplies, assist with basic prep work, help maintain cleanliness behind the bar, and support bartenders during busy shifts so drinks are made efficiently and to standard.</p> <p>This role also includes monitoring inventory levels, receiving and storing deliveries, keeping bar stations tidy, and following safety and sanitation practices.</p> <p>Successful barbacks are reliable, quick learners with strong stamina, good communication skills, attention to detail, and open availability.
