About this role
<p>Key Responsibilities:<br>*Ensure machines and equipment are properly set up and maintained for continuous production.<br>*Perform planned preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedules.<br>*Troubleshoot machine issues and breakdowns and carry out repairs to minimize production downtime.<br>*Ensure all machine records, maintenance logs, and documentation are completed according to procedures after repairs or maintenance.<br>*Collaborate with shift technicians and production teams to ensure maintenance activities are carried out effectively.<br>*Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability and efficiency.</p> <p> </p> <p>Requirements:<br>*Certificate or Diploma in Mechatronic Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.<br>*Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.<br>*Candidates from other engineering disciplines may be considered if they have extensive hands-on experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing setting.<br>*Working knowledge of machine programming and PLC systems.<br>*Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.<br>*Ability to communicate in English is an added advantage.</p>
