Position Summary Responsible for steering the investments made in our data and analytics platforms and underlying infrastructure to enable new or enhance existing capabilities with strong collaboration with data product management, data architecture, governance and engineering teams to achieve our shared goals and the desire to drive our emerging data products forward to enable and support AEI’s business. and target data architectures.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Support in Data & Analytics solutions and product development as Data architect in terms of Data architecture, standards, best practices, assets and frameworks</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Responsible for the design and implementation of AEI’s enterprise data architecture, ensuring current and future business data and analytical needs.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Be the custodian of enterprise-wide data lineage from source to target and able to deep dive vertically when required.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Develop holistic roadmap of Data architecture change initiatives across AEI, lead from the front to consolidate data requirements across different initiatives</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Mentor and provide technical oversight to Data Solution Architects, Data Engineers in creating data products to Business adhering to the data architecture and governance Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a strong track record as a Data Architect on large-scale and Big Data initiatives.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Deep expertise in data architecture practises, data modelling, and modern data platform design and databricks.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Hands-on exposure to public cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience with master data management, metadata management.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Hands-on experience with Data Mesh, data lakes, data warehouses, and Lakehouse architectures.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Proficiency in Spark, SQL, Python, data ingestion techniques.</li>
