POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition will be accountable for the successful development and implementation of a strategic roadmap to enhance and transform the company’s global talent acquisition capabilities. The qualified candidate brings demonstrated experience implementing and monitoring talent acquisition programs, processes and initiatives. Additionally, the qualified candidate will be experienced in driving process improvements within a fast-paced environment, tracking and developing metrics and reporting, and demonstrating the business case for, and impact of, important talent acquisition initiatives. pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $140,000 to $180,000 per year.
