<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Purpose</H2> </div><div><ul><li style="text-align:justify">The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for preparing and managing all quantity and cost remeasurement, variation claims, budgeting and forecasting tasks related to his/her project, including the support of the Sub-Contract Managers for tasks related to claims and estimations.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul><li style="text-align:justify">You monitor project costs from inception to completion, providing accurate cost projections and detailed reports.</li><li style="text-align:justify">You collaborate closely with project teams to assess project scope changes, adjusting cost estimates and budgets as needed.</li><li style="text-align:justify">You review and understand drawings and material take-off issued by SBM Offshore or contractors, quantity survey capabilities for various disciplines of work such as Structural, Piping, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, Coating, etc.</li><li style="text-align:justify">You perform site inspection to verify quantities / changes for remeasurement and variation claims.</li><li style="text-align:justify">You prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts, offering transparency and insight into budget performance and variances.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Education</H2> </div><div><ul><li style="text-align:justify">At least a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Experience</H2> </div><div><ul><li style="text-align:justify">At least 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the Oil & Gas industry, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li style="text-align:justify">Proficiency in cost forecasting, reporting, cost management software and advanced Excel skills.</li></ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Functional Competencies</H2> </div><div><div>Commercial</div><div>Compliance</div><div>Analytics and reporting</div><div>SBM Product Knowledge</div><div>Claims knowledge</div><div>Contract set-up and Contract awareness</div><div>Product Costing</div><div>External benchmark</div></div></div></div>
