This role is responsible for providing daily support to end users on Supply Chain applications, primarily IFS and NADIA. The position focuses on application functional support, including analyzing and resolving functional issues, and coordinating with IT or external support providers when technical issues need to be addressed.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Knowledge and Competencies</H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>IT Tools and application :</strong> Knowledge of IT tools and applications and related procedures for given environment and ability to apply this knowledge and/or perform the function management to provide high quality operational services</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Systems and Technology :</strong> Ability to update the system administration and provide necessary maintenance. Ability to diagnose origin of system problems and provide solution suggestions as well as select and implement (new) systems and upgrades when necessary.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Incident Management:</strong> Understand incident classifications and tiers, ability to report and record incidents in relevant incident recording platform. Ability to develop incident investigation scope and perform incident investigation, using root cause analysis methodologies. </span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Inspection, testing, commissioning and monitoring:</strong> Ability to specify, develop and oversee inspection, testing, quality control and monitoring programs including selection of tools, techniques and safety systems for parts, products and systems.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Purchasing Tools and Processes :</strong> Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of the work processes defined within SBM Supply Chain System, specifically in GEMS and all SC related systems and tools management.</span></li> <li style="line-height:115%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Change Management:</strong> Ability to enable adoption of new ways of working when implementing change within the organization by applying state-of-the-art people side of change methodologies.
