You’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch food and service to fans, ensuring their experience is nothing short of excellent. This role involves preparing and serving food at high-volume events, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. <strong>Anticipated start date in August</strong>. <br><br></div> <div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>: </div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><strong>Assemble and deliver food and supplies</strong> to their designated locations for catered events. </li> <li>Monitor and maintain<span> food temperatures</span> to <strong>ensure food quality and safety</strong>. </li> <li><span>Replenish food supplies</span> in guest areas to<strong> ensure constant availability</strong>. </li> <li><strong><span>Clean up after events</span></strong>, ensuring the venue is tidy and ready for the next event. </li> <li><strong>Return unused food, beverages, and equipment</strong> to the catering facility. </li> <li><strong><span>Stock, clean, and maintain</span></strong> catering facilities and equipment. </li> <li><strong>Provide<span> friendly and courteous service</span></strong> to guests at all times. </li> <li>Keep a <strong>thorough knowledge of the event menu</strong> to assist guests with any inquiries. </li> <li><strong>Maintain a <span>clean and safe work environment</span></strong> by following safety and sanitation procedures. </li> <li>Perform other duties as needed to ensure successful events. </li> </ul> <div><strong>Qualifications</strong>: </div> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li><strong><span>Positive, team-oriented attitude</span></strong> with a friendly demeanor. </li> <li><strong>Availability to work </strong><span><strong>all UW-Madison Football games</strong> </span>and a <strong>majority of events at the Kohl Center</strong> for the 2026-2027 season. </li> <li>Willingness to complete <span><strong>ServSafe Alcohol Certification</strong> and<strong> ServSafe Food Handler Certification</strong></span>. </li> <li><strong><span>Previous food preparation and service experienc</span>e is required</strong>. </li> <li>Ability to <span>work efficiently in a <strong>high-volume, fast-paced environment</strong></span>. </li> <li>Ability to<span> <strong>lift and move 40-50lbs</strong></span> and <strong>stand or walk for long periods</strong>. </li> </ul></div></div></div><p align="center"><strong>Apply to Levy today!</strong></p> <p align="center"><em>Levy is a member of Compass Group USA</em></p> <p align="center"><a href="http://www.compass-usa.com/our-story/"><strong>Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story</strong></a></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
