The Production Operations Trainer ensures employees are competent, safe, and compliant while operating equipment, following standard work, and meeting quality and productivity standards.</span></p> sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Create and update training materials, including SOPs, work instructions, job breakdowns, visual aids, assessments, and e-learning content</span></li> <li to work in a high hazard environment, including adverse weather conditions, elevated spaces, confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and noisy surroundings. </li><li>Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft. </li><li>Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator </li><li>Ability to follow safety protocols and standards working in a pilot plant facility with highly style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Associate’s degree or High School diploma plus equivalent experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a manufacturing experience (machining, assembly, automation, maintenance, or similar)</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Experience delivering technical or on-the-job training in a manufacturing setting</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica,
