Job Responsibilities <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Overall responsibility for upkeep and repair of the manufacturing equipment and the infrastructure on site.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establish and manage a preventive maintenance program for the manufacturing equipment infrastructure on site.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establish and maintain systems to monitor, track and improve operational efficiencies while maintaining planned costs.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to subordinates.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide technical leadership and support for cost reduction efforts and prepare and monitor all maintenance project budgets.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establish and utilize Maintenance Management Systems to facilitate maintenance cooperation with the production managers.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop, and maintain a network of outside contractors, outside consultants, and equipment sans-serif">Keep up to date of new technological developments, recommending applications when warranted by such developments.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Develop and implement creative solutions to plant operational improvement areas.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor and upgrade maintenance systems to include downtime analysis and work order control.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assess and evaluate performance, development, and motivation of subordinates through the yearly performance appraisal process.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Enforce employee compliance with all plant and department operating policies and procedures.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prioritize maintenance activities and coordinate with subordinates and other parties involved and coordinate with operations to accomplish maintenance activities.</li> <li of machines and manufacturing facilities.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Planning and performing preventive maintenance and major repairs.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Coordination and decision making of internal and external performance.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure an adequate spare parts supply and low spare parts inventory.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Compliance and implementation of the management system (processes and standards). </li> </ul> Job Requirements <ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification required.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">AAS/AS/BS or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a maintenance leadership position, ideally in heavy manufacturing (respective experience in maintenance management processes and systems)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Skilled in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting of manufacturing and infrastructure equipment in the Finishing mill, Quench & temp line, and Threading mill.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experienced in building up of complex and successful maintenance organizations.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to interface with personnel on all levels.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to make decisions analytically and rationally.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Excellent communication and presentation skills.</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Proficiency in a
