The IT function are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators. The SAP team is part of the IT function and plays a key role in optimising and transforming our SAP applications and associated Enterprise Systems. We support business areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Capital Delivery and Asset Maintenance/Management. Our team consists of functional and technical consultants, along with support related roles in Project Management, Business Analysis and Service Management, the SAP Data Principal Consultant will play a key role in the SAP Data & Analytics team driving business change and being a subject matter expert for the technology within this space. Where you fit in: As our SAP Principal Consultant – Data you will: <ul> <li>Partner with SAP Functional and Technical Consultants to drive and embed robust data governance principles across a complex SAP landscape. </li> <li>Lead data-focused workstreams across multiple projects, taking ownership of the end-to-end design, build and execution of data migration activities. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide expert guidance and translate business needs into effective technical solutions. </li> <li>Apply deep expertise across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud solutions, including SuccessFactors, Concur and Ariba, with a strong understanding of data models, master data and end-to-end transactional processes. </li> <li>Champion data quality, integrity and compliance by promoting best practice in Data Governance, Data Protection and information management.</li> </ul> What skills & qualifications you will need: <ul> <li>Strong understanding of data migration tools and methodologies, such as SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, or third party ETL tools.</li> <li>Strong grounding in data architecture, data modelling, data cleansing and data integration patterns.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage complex cutover activities from a data perspective, ensuring minimal disruption & successful migration activities.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.</li> <li>Experience with SAP BTP, Datasphere, or cloud based data platforms.</li> </ul> Although we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it’s important to us that we support flexible working patterns and job share options (when we can), to help you make the best of both your work and home life.
