Participate in and lead continuous improvement activities in support of the plan. Build knowledge of the CI fundamentals through training and participating in CI activities. Able to work under moderate supervision. Manage resources to effectively help execute the strategy deployment plans. </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Detailed Description</H2> </div><div><p>Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to and support the execution of the Yearly CI activities plan and ensure that project goals are met</li> <li>Participant in the Gemba (Go and See) activities, perform weekly Improvement activities, and provides the suggestion to the Kaizen team</li> <li>Participate in or lead process improvement based CI workshops.
