With the highest safety time schedule budget quality and sustainability in mind.<br><strong>EPCm</strong> All services in one package covers optimized solutions from first business case idea to commissioning bringing best optimized solution for our clients.</span></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul style="margin-top:2.0pt;margin-bottom:0.0in"> <li>Determine the objectives of the Projects based on the Contract and contract documentation, revise and measure their completion and monitor the quality of the delivered services</li> <li>Supervision, quality control of the works according to the design documentation and building permit - in general, all activities assigned to the Technical Supervisor in Gov. Decree 191/2009. (IX. 15.)</li> <li>Design review of the design documentations and building permit, As Build drawings and other documents for the work, ensure that are properly maintained and up to date, initiate design optimization</li> <li>Establish and manage trustful working relationships with the Beneficiary and all relevant internal and external stakeholders, strong cooperation with the internal design team and experts</li> <li>Construction management, involvement in the HSE requirements, wide view and understanding of the several professions</li> <li>Construction site visits, active participation in the negotiations of the Projects (meetings, cost management, etc.), reports of the Projects</li> <li>Permitting, participation in the commissioning</li> <li>Seek continuous improvement for the activities and integrate the “lessons learned” of the Project</li> <li>Willing to travel and work in countryside up to 50% of the working time, availability to relocate periodically to Beneficiary’s sites if necessary</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Engineering degree (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)</li> <li>Experience in real estate projects and industrial developments including the commissioning</li> <li>Very good English</li> <li>Strong organizational, communication and team building skills</li> <li>Project and construction management skills</li> <li>Technical supervisor license (can be obtained later)</li> </ul> <p style="line-height:12.0pt;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;margin:2.0pt 0.0in 0.0in 0.0px"><strong>We offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full time position with an employment contract and attractive salary</li> <li>Flexible working hours and remote work options.</li> <li>Learning and development opportunities, including training, mentoring, and coaching.</li> <li>Annual performance bonus based on the personal and overall company performance</li> <li>Access to challenging, cross-border projects in a stable and growing engineering group.</li> <li>Collaborative, international, and supportive team environment.</li> </ul><p>Please submit your CV in English through the system.</p>
