With the highest safety time schedule budget quality and sustainability in mind.<br><strong>EPCm</strong> All services in one package covers optimized solutions from first business case idea to commissioning bringing best optimized solution for our clients.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the full implementation of assigned projects in line with contractual obligations, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.</li> <li>Develop comprehensive project plans, organize project activities, and oversee execution of the project to ensure alignment with technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Coordinate all on‑site construction activities based on technical specifications, construction schedules, budgets, and applicable legislation and regulations.</li> <li>Manage and monitor stakeholders, progress, identify delays or risks, and implement effective corrective actions.</li> <li>Oversee and coordinate the construction supervision team to ensure consistent project performance and reporting.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>University degree, preferably in Construction or a related engineering discipline.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing or supervising construction projects.</li> <li>Proven experience coordinating construction projects, ideally within the Renewable Energy sector (photovoltaic, wind farms, BESS, etc.).</li> <li>Strong understanding of contract management and permitting processes.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and manage multiple contractors and authorities.</li> <li>Proficiency in English.</li> <li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, and FIDIC contract standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Employment contract with an attractive salary</li> <li>Annual bonus</li> <li>Benefits package (referral bonus €1000, medical insurance, anniversary reward, teambuilding activities <br>& employee contests)</li> <li>Flexible work schedule & possibility of remote work</li> <li>Development opportunities (training, mentoring, coaching)</li> <li>Involvement in interesting projects across CEE area</li> <li>Friendly and supportive environment</li> <li>International and multicultural team</li> </ul><p>Please submit your CV in English through the system containing your salary expectation and also the earliest possible start date.</p>
