We work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to secure material availability, optimize logistics, and support the successful delivery of our vehicles. style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">As a Supply Chain Coordinator (SCC), you will ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries from assigned suppliers to support smooth production. <br>In doing so, your key responsibilities will be to:<br></span></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure deliveries meet timing, quality, quantity, and cost targets.</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Monitor suppliers daily and act promptly on any deviations.</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Communicate regularly with suppliers and internal teams.</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Manage various logistics flows (Batch, P-lane, JIT, JIS..).</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Support the onboarding of new suppliers.</span></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Drive inventory improvements (Stock level, Unit load, FTL, ...), create logistics claims towards suppliers in case they style="font-size:14.0pt">Several years of previous working experience in Supply Chain and preferably from an OEM.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Prefered university education in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong leadership skills, effective communication, cooperation and strategic thinking.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to evaluate a risk.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Positive mindset, self-motivated, results-oriented, flexible and responsible person</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Flexibility, being able not only to work under an organization in a transformation period, or green-field project, but thrive in such a fast-paced environment, while following the highest ethical standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships also in case of constraints.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Understanding of Tier 1 supplier operation, batch, P-lane, JIT and JIS flows.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience with international and domestic supplier communications.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">MS office skills, SAP preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Excellent communication skills, conversational in the English language, written and spoken, since the team is international, and preferably in Slovak;</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to work a variable schedule as required. </span></li> guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job.
