It includes the management of visual systems to communicate / monitor the sequence of production orders, ensuring the availability of resources (tooling, raw materialÂ…etcÂ….), Create and maintain the optimal production sequence.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul> <li> <div> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> </div> <div>Monitor monthly and yearly S&OP (Sales and Operations) for the designed customers.</div> <div>Maximize production / utilization of shared manufacturing resources while ensuring full consistency with the mix of MPS products, volumes, and required availability dates.</div> <div>Track manufacturing performance / daily performance against schedule, challenging and understanding whenever performance deviates from standard.</div> <div>Monitor stock coverage daily to avoid out-of-stock and overstock by adjusting the run sequence if possible or by raising the issue with the Master Scheduler.</div> <div>Sequence work orders according to high MPS demand requirements for specific products and production lines, understanding all the physical and personnel limitations of these lines.</div> <div>Create and implement integrated systems and tools for carrying out production processes, such as inventory control, cost analysis; logistics, material flow, and production coordination.</div> </li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Qualifications</H2> </div><div><div>•Education: Bachelor in Engineering or Administration </div> <div> </div> <div>•English: Fluent</div> <div> </div> <div> <div>•Experience: </div> <div>At least 3 year experience in similar position</div> <div>Understand ERP / MRP environment with productive and nonproductive parts</div> <div>Strong skills in shortages and impact analysis</div> <div>Monitoring inventory levels (Obsolete, high runners, tendencies) </div> <div>Material transactions, level loading, BOM</div> <div>Excel level Medium/High for quick decision making, reports and front end pages for production users. Power BI and Power Query (desirable).</div> <div> </div> <div>•Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, Leader & soft skills for team management, self-motivated, problems solving, teamwork, sense of urgency, results oriented, continuous improvement, capable of working independently.</div> <div>•Requirement: Schedule flexibility, availability to travel.
