Work you’ll do Deloitte is growing its Strategy, Risk, and Transaction (SR&T) – Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice in Southeast Asia. We work with senior executives of our clients on shareholder value, inorganic growth, and portfolio rationalization by offering financial, M&A, and debt & equity advice. Use deep analytics and AI to align deal strategy with corporate goals, maximize benefits, and support integrations, separations, and transformation. The Transaction Diligence, Execution & Reporting team offers buy-side and sell-side diligence to help corporate, private equity, and government clients assess targets, identify risks, and inform price negotiations to maximize value during integrations or separations. For acquisitions, it identifies cost and growth synergy opportunities to support post-deal synergy goals. For divestitures, it helps sellers understand risks, preserve transaction value, and explore value-creation and non-complementary synergies with the remaining organization. You will work alongside our clients to bring a rigorous, evidence based analytical capability to help them solve pressing and complex issues. This includes revealing insight and delivering value through pragmatic and actionable recommendations. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our clients to understand the forces that are driving change, identifying opportunities and develop solutions across the whole organization.
