We are looking for a Commercial Excellence Lead who will own the mid- to long-term commercial strategy to drive market sales and margin growth. As a central figure in the commercial development of the business, this position requires a highly collaborative mindset and strong partnership with cross-functional stakeholders. As our Commercial Excellence Lead, you play a critical role in executing the customer engagement strategy and leading both sell-in (net revenue) and sell-out (retail) sales planning, supported by robust commercial analysis of trading performance across omni-channels.
