<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Descriptions</b></H2> </div><div><p>Requirements : </p> <p>Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering/ Technical major</p> <p>GPA minimum 2,75</p> <p>Minimum 3 years experience in Service Operation</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities: </p> <p>- Prepare quotations (including supplemental quotations) based on the Service Request and recommended Scope of Work or Standard Job, submit the quotations into the system, and open the Service Order upon customer approval, to ensure effective asset handlin - Conduct pre execution coordination meetings with related teams to align planned event schedules and confirm resource readiness (parts, labor and tools) prior to work commencement, ensuring execution is carried out in accordance with the approved plan. - Execute the approved event schedule, arrange required resources (servicemen, parts, tools, and technical instructions), and coordinate with the Service team and customers to ensure execution in accordance with the agreed plan and shared commitment among - Maintain and monitor event planning activities, track progress to completion, update customers on execution status, and take corrective actions on potential delays or quality issues, including preparing supplemental quotations for approved adjustments, t - Execute Equipment Management system activities including forecasting PM parts and fluids, updating job status and plan compliance, maintaining machine setup (strategy tasks, usage profiles, Standard Job, and system interface) to ensure accurate planning</p></div></div></div>
