<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Descriptions</b></H2> </div><div><p>Requirements : </p> <p>Minimum D3 in Mechanical School/ Relevant Degree major</p> <p>GPA minimum N/A</p> <p>Minimum - years experience in -</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities: </p> <p><p>- Perform GR in the system after unloading and check the completeness of receiving documents based on the actual unit in SAP to ensure data updated and in timely manner.</p> <p>- Perform inspect the availability of tools and consumables, including perform procurement activities, to support the preparation for incoming units.</p> <p>- Coordinate with vendor to perform safe units unloading to ensure the condition and in compliance with safety procedures and risk assessments (HIRA or ERA Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment or Environmental Risk Assessment).</p> <p>- Perform GI Subletting, GR Purchase Order (PO) Non CAT, and Good Receipt Subletting in the system to ensure data updated and in timely manner.</p> <p>- Perform inspect the fleet compliance (Vehicle Inspection), Loading Checklist, prepare delivery documents, hand over units, and complete system transactions (e.g. GI) to ensure data updated and in timely manner.</p></p></div></div></div>
