The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>What you can look forward to as Algorithm Engineer：</strong></p> <ul> <li>Owns the end-to-end AI infrastructure and automation toolchain for ADAS workflows, from design and setup to deployment, integration, and validation.</li> <li>Drives key technical decisions across batch pipelines, model deployment frameworks, and local LLM enablement within the defined scope.</li> <li>Serves as the main point of contact between Algorithm, Infrastructure/DevOps, and Data teams to ensure smooth collaboration.</li> <li>Directly impacts development efficiency, deployment scalability, system stability, and overall delivery readiness.</li> <li><em>Handles complex dependencies across tools, environments, data pipelines, and automation processes.</em></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Profile as Algorithm Engineer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Good software troubleshooting skills.</li> <li>Good at teamwork and be a good learner.</li> <li>Proficient in Python (required).</li> <li>Familiar with Linux.</li> <li>Experience in scripting (Python / Shell).</li> <li>Basic knowledge of CI/CD.</li> <li>Understanding of AI model workflow (training / inference).</li> <li>Experience in model deployment is a plus.</li> <li>Experience with LLM or local deployment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why you choose ZF in Shanghai:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
