This business unit is planned for divestiture to Harman International, a Samsung company and global innovator in automotive technology, presenting a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new chapter in the ADAS space.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>What you can look forward to as Supplier Development Engineer-Software:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Ensure development activities comply with engineering processes and quality systems (e.g., ASPICE).</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Assess supplier capabilities, including: Software engineering capability, Cybersecurity practices (e.g., threat analysis, vulnerability management), Process maturity and quality standards, Support supplier shortlisting and technical reviews.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Conduct regular reviews of supplier work products, including: Technical design, Test results, Risk and issue analysis, Ensure deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Ensure software development complies with: Automotive SPICE (ASPICE), Cybersecurity standards, Support audits and supplier assessments.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Track supplier issues (e.g., open item lists) until closure, Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective actions, Drive continuous improvement plans for suppliers.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Your Profile as Supplier Development Engineer-Software:</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC / V-cycle).</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Experience in automotive software or embedded systems, familiarity with ASPICE or similar process frameworks.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Experience working with suppliers or outsourcing teams.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Knowledge of: Functional Safety (ISO 26262), Cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434).</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Strong cross-team communication skills, ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.</li> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Quality-oriented mindset, structured and process-driven thinking, risk identification and mitigation capability.</li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Why you should choose Capri in Shanghai?</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="list-style-type:initial">Individual Growth: You accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
