Language skills: Mandarin Chinese: Skilled, English: CET-4 or above.</li> <li>Expert knowledge of Gears manufacturing processes – Soft & Gard Turning, Horizontal/vertical machining, Grinding.</li> <li>Expert in CNC Programs for SINUMERIC and FANUC controls.Expert knowledge of cutting tools selection.</li> <li>Expert knowledge of Limits and fits. Should be able to analyze 2D/3D drawings/models. Expert knowledge of Statistical Process Control. Has Knowledge of clamping and material handling equipment.</li> <li>Software Knowledge - Creo, AutoCAD, Windchill, MS Office</li> <li>Knowledge of Quality tools for problem solving. e.g. 8D, 6-Sigma. Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing.
