Your new role As an IT Test Specialist II within our Testing Centre of Excellence, you'll be at the forefront of leading testing for systems and solutions across our LIMS, Planning & Ecosystems. Your expertise will ensure our digital infrastructure supports seamless operations across our global supply chain and business processes, while safeguarding the quality and reliability of PEMS solution through structured testing and validation activities. The Testing Centre of Excellence (CoE) is a unit within SI&C GBS that provides end-to-end IT testing solutions for various business domains across Novo Nordisk. Located within Enterprise Platforms in E IT, the CoE is dedicated to establishing and maintaining best practices, processes, and tools for software testing – with a primary focus on enhancing efficiency, quality, and consistency across the organisation. Based in India, the team works in a collaborative and innovative environment, ensuring alignment with Novo Nordisk's Quality Management System and approved tools. Your skills & qualifications We're looking for an IT Test Specialist II who thrives on technical excellence and enjoys working in a global, collaborative environment. You'll bring with you: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">8-10+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years of hands-on experience in manual and automation testing (using Leapwork)</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Good to have: 5+ years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV) with a focus on acceptance verification activities, including experience supporting GxP systems such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) – preferably LabVantage LV – in the pharmaceutical domain</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong ability to manage end-to-end testing activities, create comprehensive test documentation, and track defects while reporting project status to stakeholders</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Experience working with test management tools like HP ALM or Azure DevOps, and proficiency with both waterfall and Agile methodologies</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">A Master's or Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. Software Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration)</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with a proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations across diverse groups and cultural backgrounds</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt">Strong ownership, resourcefulness and flexibility to manage multiple concurrent tasks, while coaching and mentoring team members</li> </ul> Working at Novo Nordisk Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
