Your new role We are looking for a digital-savvy leader to transform Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagement across our portfolios. This role will design and deliver an integrated omnichannel strategy, enabling automation and driving digital transformation in both commercial and medical organization. The individual will lead key digital platforms including WhatsApp ecosystems, rep-led digital activities, HCP portals, AI-powered engagement tools, scientific content journeys, and omnichannel analytics—enhancing HCP reach, engagement quality, customer experience, and commercial outcomes.
