Your new role As an Advanced Business Analyst I - OMP , you'll be the go-to specialist for our advanced planning solutions, working with our Supply Chain Optimization tool, OMP. Our systems are used on a global scale across business areas and are critical to the execution of key business processes. Your role will be central to ensuring these mission-critical systems operate seamlessly. Your skills & qualifications We're looking for an experienced OMP specialist who thrives in a global, cross-functional environment. You'll bring with you: <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant technological and domain experience</li> <li>9-10 years of experience with IT project work, or 7-9 years covering specification, design, development, operations and maintenance of IT solutions</li> <li>Hands-on experience with OMP and SAP, preferably across cross-geographical, large-scale projects</li> <li>Experience across planning processes including supply planning, capacity planning and detailed scheduling</li> <li>Practical knowledge of key OMP functionalities, configuration, testing, data handling and integration between OMP & SAP</li> <li>Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills in a global setup, with the ability to present complex solutions to different management layers</li> <li>Proactive, finisher personality with the ability to work independently while fostering team spirit and knowledge sharing</li> <li>Fluency in English (oral and written) with cross-cultural awareness and understanding</li> <li>Pharmaceutical industry experience and familiarity with Agile, DevOps and validation/regulatory requirements is desirable</li> </ul> Working at Novo Nordisk Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
