They create detailed schedules, ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored, and coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth workflow. Cooks adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, keeping the kitchen clean and organized. They also contribute to menu development, suggesting new dishes and ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. l Salary $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Seasonal Hours: 28-32 per week during the summer & 15 hours per week during week. ABRA Manager Certification is encouraged.
