Working closely with Partners, stakeholders, and external vendors, you will manage audience targeting and invitations, oversee end-to-end event delivery, coordinate campaign activities, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, leverage technology and AI tools, and contribute to a seamless and engaging client experience.</div> About the team Our Brand & Marketing team helps shape how Deloitte connects with clients, the market and our people. Enough about us, let’s talk about you. <div> We're looking for someone who brings a combination of event management expertise, marketing coordination skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, Events, or equivalent professional experience.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Experience coordinating and delivering events, marketing campaigns, or client engagement programs in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Experience using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or event management technologies.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Strong communication and coordination skills, with confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, vendors, and clients.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and exceptional client experiences.</li> <li style="font-family:tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:black">A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset, with a continuous improvement approach and interest in leveraging AI and technology to enhance delivery.</li> </ul> </div> Why Deloitte?
