Consistently exhibit the ability to keep up with peak production and service calmly, accurately, and efficiently.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Tahoma, sans-serif;color:black">Compliance: Adhere to and train stand staff to adhere to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minor and intoxicated guests.
