Purpose of the job: The IT Specialist is responsible for managing the lifecycle of assigned IT solutions and applications, ensuring they effectively support business objectives and operational requirements. The role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to deliver stable, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. The IT Specialist drives continuous improvement, manages solution roadmaps, coordinates projects and changes, and ensures high service quality throughout the solution lifecycle. Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Minimum 5 years of experience in IT solution management, application management, or a similar role</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong understanding of IT service management principles and responsibilities</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Experience managing enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS, CRM, HR systems, or other business-critical platforms)</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc)</li> <li style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos,
