Collaborate internally to influence public policies improving patient access.</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, industry associations, and patient groups.</li> <li>Represent the company in governmental events and industry forums to promote company interests.</li> <li>Manage and motivate the team to deliver high-quality results and cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Support senior leaders with strategic insights and external meeting preparations.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Political Science, Pharmacy, or related fields; Master’s or MBA is a plus.</li> <li><span style="text-decoration:underline">Proven experience in government relations or public policy in the pharmaceutical sector.</span></li> <li><span style="text-decoration:underline">Direct experience engaging with the executive and legislative authorities</span></li> <li>Deep knowledge of the regulatory and political environment affecting the pharmaceutical industry.</li> <li>Strong communication and negotiation skills in Portuguese and <span style="text-decoration:underline">advanced English</span>; Spanish is a plus.</li> <li>Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and make strategic decisions.</li> <li>Experienced in advising senior leaders under pressure on political and government affairs.</li> <li>Skilled at working cross-functionally in complex organizations and managing multiple senior stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong networking capabilities and experience managing contracts with health authorities.</li> </ul><p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><strong>What we offer:</strong> We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
