Your role: You’ll play a key part in keeping production running safely, efficiently and on schedule by ensuring equipment, rooms and materials are cleaned, prepared, assembled and ready for use. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll support day-to-day production priorities by staging materials, maintaining clean-hold timelines, completing GMP documentation to a high standard and communicating clearly with supervisors and colleagues if anything risks causing delays. You’ll also contribute to an audit-ready workplace through strong housekeeping, 5S and continuous improvement while following EH&S expectations in everything you do.This role is working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, consisting of 2 days, 2 nights & 4 shifts off working 8 o’clock to 8 o’clock Who you are: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment with strong focus on safety and quality OR degree qualified in a relevant scientific area.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Effective numeracy and literacy skills and be well versed in ensuring accurate work is always maintained.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Clear communicator and reliable team player.</li> </ul> Desirable: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience working to GMP standards.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Familiar with 5S and Continuous Improvement activities.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Exposure to risk assessments and basic root cause analysis support activities.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Previous systems experience such as SAP.</li> </ul> What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
